Sun Valley: Action RPG — Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and the data linked to it in Sun Valley: Action RPG (Güneş Vadisi; Google Play: com.gunesvadisi.village), developed by Creav Game.

1. Delete in the game (recommended)

1. Open the game and make sure you are online.
2. Go to MENU › ACCOUNT. You can also get there from MENU › SETTINGS › PRIVACY › Delete my account and data.
3. If you have an account, tap DELETE ACCOUNT; if you play as a guest, tap DELETE MY SERVER DATA.
4. Check the list of data to be deleted and confirm with YES, DELETE MY ACCOUNT (guests: YES, DELETE MY DATA).

Deletion finishes within a few seconds and cannot be undone.

2. Can't open the game? Ask by email

If you uninstalled the game or can't open it, email creavgame@gmail.com with:

• Subject: Sun Valley – account deletion request
• Your account email address, if you have an account (send the email from that address if you can)
• Your hero name

We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask for more information to verify that the account is yours.

3. Data that is deleted

• Your login: your email address and password (accounts) or your guest account
• Your cloud backup (game progress)
• Your hero name
• Your player summary: level, progress summary, play time, device model and game version
• Your leaderboard and World Boss records
• Your support requests and messages
• Your clan membership and clan messages. If you lead a clan, leadership passes to the member who contributed most; if you are alone, the clan is disbanded.

4. Data that is kept, and for how long

• Game save on your phone: It stays on your phone and is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its app data. If you keep playing after deletion, a new guest account is created.
• Villager chat server: Daily usage counters, server logs and reports of inappropriate lines are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically. The short game details sent to generate chat replies (such as hero name, level and region) may be kept by OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
• Ads: Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob; data such as the advertising ID is subject to Google's privacy policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's ad settings (on most phones: Settings › Google › Ads).
• Legal obligations: If a law or an official authority requires it, the relevant data is kept only for as long as required.
